The ANZAAE Artworks 2009 conference is being hosted on the campus of the Otago Polytechnic.
Presenters and delegates are expected to send their presentation ahead of time so it can be checked, compatibility issues resolved, then loaded ready for presentation(s). Presenters should also bring a back up copy of their presentation on a USB drive or similar. Presenters should not expect to present from their own laptops, because of the network configuration and time constraints.
Wireless internet is available across much of the campus, and will be extended to those registered for the conference.
